Bronx, NY (New York Yankees App) - - Aaron Judge homered in his first at-bat, Jazz Chisholm Jr hit two home-runs and the Bombers went deep four more times in a 12-3 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Yankee Stadium.  The Yankees hit a total of 15 homers and scored 36 runs as they swept the three-game series. Ben Rice hit a two-run homer and Paul Golfschmidt, had three hits in the leadoff spot for the Yankees.  The Yankees will turn their attention to the Arizona Diamondbacks in the next series at the stadium starting on Tuesday, April 2, 2025. BRONX, NY (New York Yankees App) -- The New York Yankees made history with a 20 -9 win over the Brewers becoming the third team in MLB to slug at least nine homers in a game. Paul Goldschmidt, Cody Bellinger, and Aaron Judge went back-to-back to-back on three pitches against former Yankee Nestor Cortez to open up the game. Judge added two more home runs and earned a curtain call. Oswald Peraza hit the team record ninth homer as a pinch hotter in the seventh inning.   Yankees Win 4-2 over Brewers Bronx, NY (New York Yankees App) - Catcher Austin Wells and  Shortstop Anthony Volpe both homered as the Yankees defeated the Brewers on Opening Day in front of a sold out crowd of 46,208, that spent most of the afternoon rocking before the tense 9th inning. Carlos Rodon stepped up as the starting pitcher for the Bombers on opening day, which was much needed with the list of injuries to the rotation. New Yankees closer Devin Williams, facing the team that traded him to the Yankees in December, loaded the bases with no outs in the ninth inning. Brice Turang hit a sacrifice fly to make it 4-2 before Williams struck out Jackson Chourio and Christian Yelich on full counts to end the game.
